O'day 240 Mast Gate
thingiverse
This is a mast gate that fits the sail track on my O'day 240. My particular 240 has a Sparcraft IM-180 mast, but this should also fit on an Isomat NG-31 mast. These were used on O'day 240s, O'day 28s, O'day 280s, and many other boats. No guarantees that it'll fit the cutout in your particular sail track, but I'm including the .STEP file so you can modify it to fit your boat. You will need a stainless M4 x 20mm screw and a stainless M4 wingnut to attach this to the mast. I used red loctite to bond the wingnut on the screw to make a DIY thumbscrew. This goes into the pre-threaded hole next to the sail track. Loosen the screw and pull the mast gate to the side to bend on your sail, then slip the mast gate into the sail track and tighten the screw to hold it in place. My sail slugs slip right past this thing and let the sail stack nicely right on the boom.
