Núcleo de cuarcita found in 1973 on nearby terraces of the Musterian site Reguero Seco, Cistierna, León. It belongs to a group of lithic finds discovered during annual surveys conducted by Domingo Caballero, a high school teacher from Cistierna. The collection consisted of over five hundred pieces, which were divided between the Tabularium Artis Ovetensis and the University of León, although they are now unlocatable. A study in Lancia magazine provides an exhaustive typological analysis of the portion that ended up at the University of León, and which, theoretically, should have been transferred to the Museum of León after its study.
