I recently built a computer in an NZXT H210 mITX case and it has a spot for a single 3.5" HDD on the bottom. The room in the case allows for another 3.5" HDD on top of it without any clearance issues. I would imagine this would work in more than just this one computer case as I made the holes a little bigger so there is some accommodations for screw placement and type. You will need to source longer HDD screws. I'll ad the proper size after I find the right ones at the hardware store.
