NZXT H1 Font/Back panel spacer
thingiverse
Update: - **2021-01-09**: Added 10mm, 25mm, and 29mm spacers with a different socket configuration (labeled mk II). This new configuration might work better depending on your printer tolerances. The 29mm spacer gives more room for fans on the inside of the back panel if desired. Rather than replacing my entire front panel on my NZXT H1 I designed some spacers to help provide a bit of an air gap to facilitate more airflow. I have a couple of 120mm fans on the back of the case that pull air though when the GPU gets toasty. This keeps my 3080 FE under ~73 ℃ at 100% utilization (I also had to take a Dremel to the case to get the passthrough fan to work properly but, that's a different story). This is my first stab at 3D design and I stumbled my way though Fusion 360 in the process. It's far from perfect but seems to be working well for me so far. There are two versions: - **10mm:** Seems best for the front panel as it does not move the panel too far. The advantage here is less strain on the spacers themselves (though I doubt it's a massive difference). - **25mm:** These should provide enough room to mount some 25mm fans on the _inside_ of the back panel rather than the outside. FWIW I haven't tried this yet but plan to in the not too distant future. Check the print settings and notes. These should print without any supports!
