This sculpture is also known as Nymph at the Bath or simply a Nymph. The sculptor John Gibson himself described it as A nymph sitting while arranging her sandal, and her attention gets drawn off giving a momentary suspense to her occupation. This lifelike sculpture of beautiful detail was originally carved out of marble in the 19th Century. This object is part of Scan The World.
