This is my latest mini quad - "The Nylord" It's designed to be printed in durable nylon. As a 212 size mini quad, it prints flawlessly with 910 Nylon and boasts impressive strength. The model comes equipped with a camera mount and is optimized for 2200 series motors. You'll need some standoffs, which I highly recommend sourcing from Aluminum on Banggood or Ebay. If you're an enthusiast of the hobby, everything will make perfect sense; if not, don't worry – you'll figure it out in no time! Printing on glass with hairspray is a breeze. Use 910 Nylon, set your first layer to 245 and bed temperature to 80, then drop down to 235 for all other layers at 20 degrees Celsius. For optimal results, refrain from using the cooling fan and print at a steady 35mm per second. Additionally, I've added a thicker body version with a 7.5mm thickness as well as an enhanced top plate for anyone seeking a more robust frame.
