This is a highly detailed, high-poly, and photo-realistic 3D model of a brand-new YORK CITY R160 Subway Train. The R160 is a class of 1,662 cutting-edge New York City Subway cars built by two leading manufacturers: Alstom Transportation and Kawasaki. The class was constructed by two different companies, so they are designated as 'R160A' (Alstom) and 'R160B' (Kawasaki). The two car types are remarkably similar to each other. Originally created in 3ds max 2016, this model was rendered in Vray 3.2 for 3ds max 2014. A 3ds max 2012 version is also included. Materials are configured for Vray and a Vray scene is included with the max files. The model without studio setup is available as a separate file; simply drop it into your scene. Modeling units are in centimeters, and the model was accurately created according to blueprints at real-world scale. The model is positioned at the origin (x-0, y-0, z-0). It's fully textured with all materials applied, allowing for easy color modification. Modifiers remain open, with Turbosmooth iteration set to 2-3, making it simple to adjust poly count.
