NXP/Freescale SARD box
thingiverse
I designed a custom box to securely store an NXP/Freescale Sensor Application Reference Design (SARD) board from the MC13192 EVB. I added a 9V battery connector and some protective plastic insulation on the back, then positioned the battery underneath the board instead of using the built-in perpendicular battery connector. A RadioShack 273-059 buzzer was also integrated into the design. A simple hook screw allows for easy hanging, while a slot is provided to hold #2 nuts; 3/8" #2 bolts fit perfectly in this space. The Inventor file is attached, allowing you to make any necessary adjustments to create your own customized box. Print Settings: * Printer: QB-BD Two Up * Rafts: No * Supports: Yes * Infill: 50% * Notes: Printed in PLA with CuraEngine, supports required for proper nut insertion.
