NXG Infinty Tool Head For The Kingroon KP3S

The following video is the early prototype:This was a project of mine from a few years back, its pretty much a done deal, I dont own these printers anymore but when I did, this was the tool head I used.If I can find the Step files I will upload, but it should be perfectly fine to use on any of the KP3S range.Ket Points:Has intergraded belt clamping systemUses a 5015 Blower for part cooling (Recommend a GDStime Dual Ball Bearing)Uses a 3010mm Hotend Fan (Recommend a GDStime Dual Ball Bearing)Uses a low cost CHC hotend, with the Dragon style bolt pattern (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006216423637.html) Please search as they can be found even cheaper, $10 to $15 USD sometimes.Has built in mount for the BLtouch sensorDesigned for the NXG Nano Extruder (will be uploaded soon) but will accept the Sherpa MicroPlease print from ABS or better, the one displayed in the images was printed from ABS-CF, its all been designed to print face down as per the attached image, and has built in supports where required (Blower inlet), so no need to add any.This will require M3 heat inserts, and and various M3 bolts, and 4 x M2.5 for the hotend, I used Titanium bolts for the hotend and for mounting to the printer, and alloy bolts for everything else, this makes it super light but quite strong.If I find the step files, I will post them up here and I will also list the exact leng bolts required.
