<p>juggling around with nvme 2280 sticks, i needed one box for storage. here a first attempt for 7 cards. 4 clips hold it closed, easily openable, fits cards without squeezing them. since i have only cards without heat spreaders, i designed it to fit 2280 cards without heat spreaders, but the cards may be populated both sides (fits well the firecuda 520 which has thick chips on both sides). </p><p>requirements i defined:</p><ul><li>holds 7 2280 ssd nvme cards</li><li>prints fast (2x <3h with a 0.6 nozzle with 0.2mm layers)</li><li>minimise material needed</li><li>no screws or additional stuff needed</li></ul><p>hold it horizontally when opening, otherwise the cards may fall out - i redesigned it to open differently with this next design: <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/289869-nvme-2280-storage-box-4x-vertical">https://www.printables.com/model/289869-nvme-2280-storage-box-4x-vertical</a></p><p> </p>
