NVIDIA Tesla T4/P4 blower fan adapter

This is an adapter for attaching a 75x75x30mm blower fan directly to an NVIDIA Tesla P4 card, making it easy to install in any PC or workstation. The pieces fit snugly together with a locking tab on the graphics card and friction fitting onto the blower fan. Please note that this adapter is not endorsed by NVIDIA and its use is at your own risk. It's a 12v fan connected via a cut-down SATA power extension cable available here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IBA3T94. The fan is slightly overkill for cooling a 75W P4 card, so I've found that adding a 50Ω, 0.5W resistor (made up of two 100Ω, 0.25W resistors in parallel) in series with the fan slows it down to a reasonable level, though it's not silent. With this solution, the highest temperature reported from the card under stress testing is 73°C. Based on the thermal specs of the P100 card, which has a maximum temperature of 80°C, this seems sufficient. Note that the thickness of the chosen fan and its centering on the card infringe on the space available to adjacent cards. Standard length cards fit well in either above or below an adjacent slot, but longer, full-thickness cards would be problematic. Multiple P4 cards should fit with a slot in between. Perhaps top/bottom offset adapters could allow adjacent installations, or a 15mm thick blower at higher speed could allow for a more dense configuration.
