Nvidia Tesla P40 radial fan shrouds for 75 mm fans
thingiverse
I took a nicely engineered source thing and bastardized it to fit my needs. The source thing had perfect fit up for my P40 GPUs, but I had different space requirements so I re-engineered the fan shrouds to fit these 75 mm blower fans that better fit my space constraints. This was so I could fit 3 P40 GPUs into a Dell Precision t7910 chassis (4 of them actually with a riser cable and vertical GPU mounting bracket). In the t7910, the top GPU slot sits in front of the primary power connector for the motherboard, so there is a "tilted" version of the shroud that will clear the power connector for this slot. When hammering on all GPUs for an extended period of time, max temps reach 85-89 C and don't go above, which is about 6 degrees below where these things get unhappy. This was a hack done in blender against the source mesh, and I included the source files.
