Nvidia Jetson Nano Case – NanoMesh Mini

NanoMesh Mini is a compact case design for the Jetson Nano Developer Kit, engineered for seamless tool-less assembly or secure attachment with four case screws. The carrier board remains firmly in place via stand-off pins. To assemble the case, insert 4 x m3 screws anywhere between 13-50mm long from the bottom of the case to securely hold it together. This design is optimized to print entirely without supports and requires no bridging. Additionally, the NanoMesh Mini accommodates an optional external fan that attaches directly to the heat sink. The grill holes are carefully sized to allow for routing the 4-pin PWM cable with ease. The NanoMesh Mini shares a sister-design with the NanoMesh Desktop, which fully encloses the Nano Dev Kit and incorporates a fan – available on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3532828 Assembly Requirements 4 x m3 qty 4: m3 x 13-30mm (for attaching case pieces) The top section can be securely fastened either through friction fit or by using 4 x m3 screws that are 13-30mm in length.
