The former East German National People's Army (NVA) had large radio and cinema facilities on an LO 1801A later converted to LO 2002A. In addition, they also had cinema facilities on a single-axle chassis. Just like the larger facilities, the smaller facility was suitable for providing soldiers with a cultural program during maneuvers or in a field camp through film and sound performances. A friend (Marcel) has now managed - almost 30 years after the end of the NVA - to save one of these facilities and we are building it in scale 1:18. The chassis can be used as a base for the already set EFG or HL 10.00. The cargo body consists of two parts, which are screwed/glued together after printing. The frame located on the roof was designed for the pedestals of film projectors and loudspeakers as well as the movie screen. We are grateful for suggestions to improve it, as always.
