NVA Fahrgestell EFG 1.2
thingiverse
The NVA and other armed organs of the former GDR used uniform chassis for various configurations (e.g. field kitchens, water transporters). The configurations were detachable, so that the chassis was available for other configurations (interchangeable configurations). This model is like the others presented here in a scale of 1:18 and fits with the popular WPL/JJRC models (GAZ 66, SIL etc.). WARNING: This is only a first draft and will be improved. Note on assembly: Unfortunately, no shock absorber is available! The axle sleeve is held by a 1.5 mm brass pin in the chassis. The wheel is held by an M2x25 screw. Brass bushings were used as bearings in the wheel. The coupling is secured by two M1.5x3 screws on the coupling rod. The coupling rod is secured to the two rear chassis parts with four M1.5x7 screws. Alternatively, epoxy can be used instead of screws. I would be grateful for any suggestions and improvements and wish you good luck with printing.
