NUU Mobile A1 4.0" Touchscreen Smartphone Case

This is a case for the NUU Mobile A1 4.0" Touchscreen Android Smartphone which is used to as a PDM for a diabetes management system. The one that comes with the phone does not protect it well and there are few if any after market cases. This design gives a barrier of 2mm of PLA with some crush zones. Design: The case was designed using FreeCAD 0.19. It was my first real project using it as I used to use Fusion360. I created it by modeling the phone surrounding it with a block and subtracting out the phone. Most of the primary dimensions are defined in the spreadsheet. Printing: I printed this on a Tevo Tornado with bondtech extruder at .2mm layer height using PLA. Infill is set to 20%. I use Simplify3d as my slicer and the design uses minimal supports.
