In designing printable helical threads, we're looking at a comprehensive guide on how to create them. Most of us are familiar with using parametric 3D modelers that can accurately define various common elements, which can then be scaled up or down as needed. Solidworks is a popular application where basic knowledge can help you design any thread required for your project. For those who need more assistance, we hope someone will share useful information to enable the creation of complex shapes and objects through carving and hammering. I'm hoping this release will provide what's needed for "larger than usual" thread requirements.
