I designed this for my honey squirrel. For visualization, I used the bolt/nut library from Thingiverse: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:27183, and a nut too: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:272986. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Graber Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 40% Notes: ABS at 260C, nozzle 0.3mm, brim 30 lines, 4 perimeters. Printing Time: Cap: 40 minutes Body: 2 hours and 30 minutes Post-Printing: Remove the brim and supports from the holes. If the bolt doesn't fit into the cap, try heating it slightly over a fire before inserting it. If the nut won't fit into the hole, use a soldering iron to press it in.
