Here is a Nutcracker made entirely from scratch, consisting of a folder with multiple smaller prints that can be glued together for use on a smaller print bed. However, it was originally designed to be printed in one go while lying on its back, as shown in the accompanying photo. This design allows for easy printing without the need for support material, which could otherwise clog the mouth hole. If you prefer to scale down the design, it's possible to do so, but keep in mind that this may compromise the functionality of the lever and nutcracker motion.
