Nut Screwdriver with remover
thingiverse
This is a screwdriver specifically designed for M3 nuts. If you need to work with larger or smaller nuts, you can calculate the fitting scale in your slicer by following these steps. First, note that M4 nuts have a diameter of 4 mm and require a scaling factor of 133.33%. To find the scaling factor for any given nut size, use the formula: M(x) = 33.3333 * x, where x is the millimeter diameter of your nut. Once you've calculated the scaling factor, enter it into your slicer to ensure accurate results. Assembly is a straightforward process: Simply place the part with the rod into the part with the hole. If you need to remove a stuck nut, try pulling the rod tool slightly upwards. Conversely, if you're trying to insert a new nut, push the tool gently inwards. I'm glad you liked this design!
