NUT RING M33 FOR WOOD LATHE
cults3d
Good morning, Here is the ring mounted final version (green). Just to say that I've drilled the diameter of the holes to 5.5, and indeed, the diameters produced at printing are too accurate. The tray turns perfectly round! EDIT 10012018: Good morning, I'm back again to make some small changes to the file. This time, I integrated the 4mm wooden washer that I had made and placed it at the back of the nut in order to prevent it from dislodging from the ring while turning. The ring is perfectly cylindrical this time, and I also directly provided the housings for the M4 nuts. I think it's all there this time, sorry for any impressions already made, but it's a prototype! Enjoy! LTDO P.S.: Concerning the direct threading project in the printed part (to replace the M33 nut), we forgot. Metal versus plastic doesn't work. Good morning, Here is a ring prototype for an M33 x 3.5 nut for a wood lathe. It's a ring where a nut is inserted for designing a recovery plate, to finalize pieces of wood at the end. I still have to design the same ring but this time with direct threading in the part. Two threads will be proposed: M33 x 3.5 (European) and 1' x 8TPI (US/UK) See you soon!
