Nut push-fit tolerance test (customizable)

Nut push-fit tolerance test (customizable)

thingiverse

You can test your printer's tolerance by adjusting the nut circumcircle radius in your prints, ensuring a smooth push-fit. Alternatively, you can adjust your extrusion multiplier to fit a nut into a hole with assumed tolerance. The included STL files feature tests for M3, M4, and M5 nuts with 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, and 0.6mm tolerance settings, where the tolerance is defined as the distance from the nut's edge to the hole's edge on one side, resulting in a total hole diameter of two times the specified tolerance.
