You probably know what's the problem: You want to install something inside your aluminum profile on your K8200 3D printer, but that pesky nut keeps falling into the wrong spot. Stupid gravity! Try this clever hack instead: Use a tiny enclosure called the Nut Pod. Just slide it into place under the stubborn nut and put it exactly where you need it. This clever fix works specifically for aluminum profiles with an outside diameter of 27.5 mm, just like those used in the K8200. However, feel free to adapt the design by scaling it down or up depending on your needs - the actual dimensions are provided in the included drawing and the material thickness is set at a suitable 3.4mm for best results. To make this hack even more convenient, use FreeCAD, your trusted software of choice for CAD work, to bring this concept to life!
