Nut Handle

Nut Handle

thingiverse

Customizable Handle created with OpenSCAD that embeds a nut. The current example is for a laser cutting or CNC using 1/4-20 threaded rod, jamb nut, and .2" birch plywood. DXF three layers from OpenSCAD make it easy to machine parts precisely. SVG files for Inkscape provide clean and crisp designs of all parts involved. Construction: Insert a jamb nut into the middle piece carefully. Glue and clamp together on a threaded rod or long bolt to ensure they are aligned perfectly, securing another small clamp to keep the handle in place tightly.
