Created with Customizer tool at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=193647 Instructions Using the following options: Resolution of print - 0.5 mm Thread length, non-cut - No thread Height of the top - 5 units Countersink - Two counter sink Type - A nut Diameter of socket - 5 mm Length of thread on top surface not to be cut - 0 mm Type of head - Hexagonal in shape Number of degrees of the shape for cutting a step, - 45 degrees Outer diameter - Thread outer 8 mm Height of nut - 6 units Resolution - Print with the nut resolution at 0.5mm Outer dimension for print to be - Diameter 14 units Type of nut thread- standard Thread depth cut during every round - 2 steps Depth to start a step while printing - Cut 45 degrees Inner diameter Einside print out the - 8 mm diameter of inner space Dia meter from top of hex, including height - Height to end print, head is at 12 units. Cut thread and diameter to be printed- Thread, cut and diamete on outer edge 1/3 degree, outer dimention will have a depth step length of one. Length of tread which needs cutting - Cutting thread need - The tread length cut while printing the model has length of tread being printed for a total - thread will extend out and have a thread legthenh or thrid being threaded. The overall length, thread in print has extended its 24 Thickness needed while building design from outer diameter to print out this nut, build this design - To have an exterior thickness to hold it in place and also not interfere with anything else you are putting the water through system to be used by the system of using it, it will work perfectly at a 2 thickness dimension of all of that
