Nut Driver for Dome Style Ceiling Light Fixtures with a Center Nipple
thingiverse
I was working on replacing several dome-style ceiling light fixtures in my home, and instead of using a deep socket or a box wrench, I decided to design a custom tool that would help me secure the dome with its bottom nut. This turned out to be a great idea, as it saved me time and frustration from trying to hold the dome and start turning that tiny nut. The through-hole in my custom tool allows longer nipples to pass through easily. Additionally, this hole is also perfect for spinning around my thumb when working with shorter nipples like mine.
