Nut and Bolt

Nut and Bolt

prusaprinters

Printed on BIbo. Designed in Tinkercad. I ran out of time when demo-ing the printer and stopped a print about half way through. That is the purple Nut and Bolt in the Picture. Funny, you can still screw them together. The first time on I had to use pliers but every time you run it up and down it get's easier. A tiny bit of bar soap on the threads would probably help the first time too. Just printed another one. Think I'll try that and see if it works better to break it in.

How I Designed This

Tinkercad made it simple. The more I love Tinkercad the more I like it. I've used PDGS, IDEAS, NX and Catia but was never a super user at any. TInkercad is great for just that - Tinkering without a lot of complex widgets and processes.
Category: 3D Printing
