I designed this 3D printer during the Spring-Summer season of 2015, and its main feature is an innovative anti-wobble system that sets it apart from other projects. This system consists of separating the Y and Z axes from their respective Z screws, allowing the Y axis to move freely along the Z axis, which is supported by the Z screws. This design innovation effectively prevents the transmission of any wobbling motion from the Z screws to the Z axis. The printer itself has no limits on its XZ dimensions, except for a poorly designed constraint that restricts the Y dimension to 20cm in the X structure. The extruder mount can be easily replaced with a PRUSA model, and all tolerances are maintained at a precise 0.5mm. The parts list includes: * Two 8mm round tubes * Four 8mm round tubes measuring between 10-12cm long * Six 8mm smooth round rods * Three 20x20mm square tubes * Four NEMA17 motors * Two 5mm threaded rods * Four 605 2RS bearings (measuring 5X14X5) * Twelve LM8UU bearings (measured at 8mm) * Three 6x6x5 push buttons * Fourteen M3 screws for the NEMA motors * Four M3 30mm screws and nuts for the plate * Four 5x30mm springs for the plate * Two belt tensioners * Two T2.5 timing belts * Five millimeter shaft pulleys * Nine 4mm cable ties * Two wooden planks (one for the X axis and one for the base structure) * Optional rubber pads for the X axis base * Optional garage wall guard for the printer base * Varying lengths of M4 screws, nuts, and locknuts * M4 washers The following objects can be found in the photos linked below: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1434128 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1407251 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1000841 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:711671 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:510508 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:10915 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:761806 A significant update was made to the project in March 2017, which included adding an AntiWobble 2 feature titled "UntitledAntiW2" that replaced the original "UntitledZLift" part.
