My brother is building a bar in his basement and he wanted to give it a "Luther" theme. He asked me if I could 3D print tap handles, and I said with a smile, 'Child's play'. So I'm working on Martin Luther themed tap handles. This model is called "Nun on the Run". Katie, Luther's wife, was a nun who became evangelical through Luther's writings. She wanted to leave the convent but it was against canon law and she could have been arrested. To escape, she hid in a barrel of herring and made her way out of the convent and eventually to Luther himself. She was an amazing lady and worthy of having her own beer/tap handle. Katie herself was an avid brewer who made all of Luther's beer and even sold it as well. The barrel comes with a threaded hole for easy installation.
