Numbers and punctuation for Letter Boxes

Muzz64 created "Letter Boxes" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2170442), but there were requests for numbers and punctuation. This is my attempt to replicate the design in the same font at the same size, with what should be the same approximate dimensions. Some characters weren't as easy to combine into one piece (% being a notable example), so I intentionally avoided deviating too much from the original method. I haven't printed any yet, so please inspect them first.
