Number Dials/Revolving Counter
thingiverse
I needed a dial to monitor hit points for some massive monsters. Since HPs would exceed 100, I designed three dials. In Tinkercad, I assembled these components with nubbins on one side and indentations on the other so that the dials could rotate smoothly and "stick" in place. The idea was to pass a rubber band through all three dials and then secure them at either end behind the disks with arrows. Small "batarang" pieces would grip the rubber band, providing tension. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble printing it without it sticking terribly to the raft. It prints flawlessly, but I haven't been able to assemble or test one yet.
