Null 2 Thick Walls for Polishing
thingiverse
I had my heart set on printing the NULL 2 case using ProtoPasta Copper HTPLA. I quickly realized that it was difficult to finish (polish) because the walls of the model would crack if too much pressure was applied. To thicken the walls and make it easier to polish, I combined the original model with the laser cut (wood) files. You'll still need all of the standard buttons d-pad etc. I updated the front plate to make more room for the speakers. On the back plate, I engraved a sprite from my favorite NES game - Shatterhand. I've included this file along with a plain back. The filament isn't supposed to be conductive, but it was suggested to me to insulate the case against the PCB since there's copper in the filament.
