Nuka Cola bottle cord stop.

Spring and plunger from the DRITZ 1-1/4" cord stop (available in black, white, and translucent). Use pliers to squeeze the outer casing on the solid sides of the DRITZ stop while pulling the plunger, should come right out (don't lose the spring!).

Change log:

Version 2 (4/23/2017):

Increased size by ~5%, no need to modify the DRITZ plunger now.

Now available with a bottle cap. The fine detail on the model barely shows up on a 0.5mm nozzle printer, still, it gives you some clear delineations to paint. I haven't tried a resin print of it, I doubt it would be strong enough for real use. Maybe a 0.35mm printer will do better.

If you're printing v1 for some reason, sand down the tabs on the side of the plungers to about half their original height (an emery board works well), insert spring and plunger into bottle, and use considerable force to push it in. Once it latches you're not taking the plunger out again unless you break the bottle in half to do it.

Printer: LulzBot Mini
Rafts: Yes
Supports: No
Resolution: 0.2mm
Infill: 100%

Category: Accessories
