I finally decided to share this design publically, hoping someone might find use for it: my son lost his third replacement sandwich separator thingy and I created this after that incident. The print layout allows it to lie flat, with the legs bent at a 90-degree angle after being softened using a small butane torch or match at the joint. This design reduces the risk of the leg breaking off during printing by not printing it along the Z axis as before.
