The file uploaded contains revised supports after the last print job on my printerbot simple wood setup. There were support issues in certain areas that needed removal due to cleanup complications. Originally, I aimed for a snug fit over my 6g tunnel plugs, which they do perfectly, but the model turned out a bit too heavy from its first iteration, the fairy model 1.0. Wear it as a necklace or use it as a charm on something to appreciate its design. The file provided is also tweaked slightly for better print results with supports added on the wings, bust, and buttocks areas. I plan to reprint another version soon, at which point I will share an updated image of my latest model. Here's a step-by-step guide through this fairy's development: First, I used splines in MAX to create her basic shape. I then applied a meshsmooth modifier followed by a collapse command before transferring her to ZBrush for sculpting details like muscles and other features printable with my setup. Unfortunately, during that period I worked with outdated software packages, which resulted in inaccuracies with size scales. After printing, the model made it through with various issues but continued its journey. My boyfriend then recommended trying design and meshmixer, so into Design she went for a rescale operation followed by further enhancements using MeshMixer, which significantly transformed her sculpted features. Now I proudly wear this version on my necklace as often as possible, though during the grocery trip it caused slight discomfort due to its weight. For my next fairy creation, I intend to begin from scratch and make significant improvements since this particular model has gone through multiple iterations already, with significant enhancements in each one but too many overhauls making me plan for a complete redo on the following fairy project.
