Best position for the display IMHO, putting it on the stem looks bad as the geometry of the scoot already has high handlebars, why would you want to keep building a tower of accessories on top of it? also, Shimano did the same with their mid-drive kits, same position, to protect the display incase of crash. UPDATED VER 1 piece, very strong, right side for better button reach.
