80mm fan protector for a regular square computer fan. Holes are sized for 4mm screws, at 4.3mm All kinds of print settings should work. The one shown was printed at 0.2mm layer height out of PLA with 2 shells and 20% rectilinear infill. I came up with this while trying to make a fan cover that would also dampen noise. As I added the baffles with offset holes inside the shell it started to look like a nuclear cooling tower, so I added some of the reinforcement ribs. Why not they function as reinforcement here too.
