80mm Fan Protector for Standard Square Computer Fans. Holes are designed to accommodate 4mm screws at 4.3mm spacing. Most print settings should work fine. The example shown was printed with a 0.2mm layer height using PLA, two shells, and 20% rectilinear infill. This design emerged while attempting to create a fan cover that could also reduce noise levels. As I added baffles with offset holes within the shell, it resembled a nuclear cooling tower, so I incorporated some reinforcement ribs for added stability. Why not leverage them as reinforcement here too?
