This HO scale model is based on a NSW Railways J1 station staff house from 1900 to 1913. The source plans were created by Greg Edwards and a NSWGR sketch from 1913 that showed a variation in the floor plan. The original cottage was built with timber weatherboard construction. Thirteen STL files are contained within the zip file. A canopied water tank to complement this model is available at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3648034.
