I tried to get the lightest setup for a Bowden effector équipes with a pair of 5015 blowers If you want to move your fans away from the effector, try this version https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5379916 You'll need - 2x 5015 24v fans https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/4000027400684.html - 1x 3010 24v fan for the hotend https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/32810618231.html - 6x 8mm balls (with m3 inner threads) https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/1005003474648506.html - 6x M3x20mm blind screws https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/33029779249.html - the stock dissipator with it's pneufit or an XCR model (lighter with the integrated pneufit) https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/1005003218905042.html This setup is not intended to work with the stock balls 1 - Print the Effector (3walls, 4 top and bottom layers, 40% to 60% infill) 2 - insert the blind screws in the plate and let about 6mm of usable threads 3 - tighten the balls on the screws, make sure they touch the effector 4- Install the dissipator and secure it with the bracket 5 - install the heatblock and secure the heatbreak in place 6 - get the cables through the plate 7- install the fan 8- install your favorite fanducts 9- Install the sensor support 10 - install the 5015 in their ports and secure them with hot glue (don't worry it works perfectly) Enjoy high speeds and accels ;-)
