nRF6707 Nordic Power Profiler Kit
thingiverse
The Power Profiler Kit (PPK) is a powerful tool for measuring real-time power consumption of embedded designs. The PPK measures current from 1 microampere up to 70 milliamperes, giving users a detailed picture of the current profile for their application. The PPK can be used in conjunction with the nRF5 Development Kit (DK) to measure current on the nRF5 DK or on an external board. The hardware comes with an application that is installed using nRF Connect for desktop. This case houses the PPK and attached nRF5 DK, making it easy to assemble without screws. It was designed with Tinkercad to add cutouts to a parametric model made in openSCAD, which can be edited online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/e9F2KvsRvJf. Here are the openSCAD parameters used: // Size of your printer's nozzle in mm nozzle_size = 0.4; // Number of walls the print should have number_of_walls = 3; // [1:5] // Tolerance (use 0.2 for FDM) tolerance = 0.2; // [0.1:0.1:0.4] // Outer y dimension in mm y = 65 + 2 * number_of_walls * nozzle_size + 2 * 3 * nozzle_size; // Outer x dimension in mm x = 103 + 2 * number_of_walls * nozzle_size + 2 * 3 * nozzle_size; // Outer z dimension in mm z = 25 + 7; // Radius for rounded corners in mm radius = 4; // [1:20]
