This document outlines the design specifications for a radio frequency chat device enclosure utilizing the NRF24L01 module, intended for 3D printing fabrication. The design prioritizes facile disassembly and assembly of components, while meticulously considering optimal tolerances for each constituent part. The assemblage encompasses an Arduino Nano microcontroller, an NRF24L01 transceiver module, a 3.7V 3000mAh 18650 lithium-ion battery, a TC4056A charging module, a 128x64 resolution I2C OLED display, and an auditory signaling component.Careful spatial provisioning has been undertaken to manage the intricacies of wiring layout without impinging upon the integrity of communication signals between the Arduino Nano and the NRF24L01 module. Additionally, the design accommodates the potential incorporation of supplementary batteries to address the heightened power consumption characteristic of the NRF24L01 module.
