I extended the base component by 28mm to accommodate my custom PCB. PCB_design_file: https://easyeda.com/junwoo091400/New_Project-35f7bf3537744cda8e1064904f6a78a5 Cutting the Bottom-Cover was a major headache, as Fusion 360 refused to slice that part, even after I converted it into a Body(Brep). I took matters into my own hands by taking a more manual approach. First, I created a copy of the bottom cover and defined a single plane that would serve as the slicing plane. Then, I extruded two individual rectangles on either side using the "cut" option, resulting in two halves. After realigning them, I was able to complete the slice successfully. Despite the challenges, I'm really enjoying this remote design project!
