The brackets provided are intended to work with hobbyists and crypto currency mining rigs already equipped with Molex connectors having wires directly soldered to them. A separate fan side mounting bracket is available, including a protection shield for fans, airflow cones, and space for the Molex connector connection. Similar in design, but mounted at an AC input end is included and matches in size with an exact mounting footprint that is also a mounting point where a 3 mm screw and one hole-nut pair resides which allows one end of a locking pin to enter - part and piece designed using one Dell supplied NPS-700 model part number that can be found at www.cgtrader.com/87668-2004 (the same as used on this Molex socket).
