We've got two textures here that are squeaky clean/dirt-free. These super cool textures have three basic elements: a base color, a rough-around-the-edges kind of quality that's been dubbed "rgb," which itself is made up of three components (red-AO, green-roughness, and blue-metall), and last but not least, normal. To create this fancy material, you'll need to break down the rgb texture into its individual R, G, and B channels, then plug it directly into your material shader.
