I've often found myself struggling to recall which miniature I was using to represent a particular non-player character in my adventure. To avoid this confusion, I devised a simple method to keep track of each mini's corresponding NPC. The basic quick version involves creating a base for 25mm based minis with a small slot for a name card and voice, if desired.
