Nozzle viewing Shroud and Blower, remixed from the Wanhao i3 for use on the Wanhao i3 Plus. Special thanks are owed to doomkill, who requested this part and created several prototypes for his machine before sending me photos of their work. A file containing support pads is included, which may prove helpful in cases where the nozzle fails to adhere properly to the print bed. This mount is extremely sturdy and was designed to utilize #4 x 3/8" screws for attachment to the printer itself. Additionally, #6 x 1" long screws are used to secure both the Blower Fan and Grill in place. To assemble this part, simply print four identical nozzles and attach them using a suitable adhesive. This will provide a seamless viewing experience for your Shroud and Blower setup. It's essential to note that this design is optimized for use with 50mmx15mm Blower Fans, so be sure to obtain one that matches these specifications and operates at the correct voltage.
