Nozzle Size & Type Indicator

<p>I loved Filip's nozzle size indicator, but I frequently use different nozzle types as well. I hopped into Fusion, made a few changes, and voila!</p><p>I also wanted to have a multimaterial look without actually having a multimaterial printer, so I carved out the nozzle and filament icons and made them inserts into the front of the indicator.</p><p>Nozzle types represented are brass (B), copper (C), steel (S), hardened steel (H), nozzle X (X), and E3D's upcoming Obxidian nozzle (O).</p><p>All parts except the nozzle size rotor have been edited. I reuploaded the size rotor here to make things easier. Enjoy!</p>
