nozzle size ID tags
thingiverse
I frequently swap out nozzles on my printer every day or two, only to misplace track which size nozzle is currently in my machine. I own an E3DV6 and while the nozzles have distinct dimples to indicate their size, they are often hard to read due to excessive cooked-on plastic, rendering it nearly impossible to view the back side to count them all accurately. To alleviate this problem, I designed these clips as a convenient tool for easy attachment to my nozzle assembly for instant reference purposes. Printed in crisp white ESUN PETG and labeled with vivid numbers by a sharpie marker, they ensure seamless integration. I created files optimized for printing at 0.5mm extrusion width and each set prints quickly in under two minutes, providing the utmost efficiency. Furthermore, these clips cater specifically to the most widely used nozzle sizes on my E3DV6 model.
