I liked the lid made by kamilzierke https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4748378 but noticed they only did one lid. I have created 12 new lid options for the nozzle tray, for each of the three sizes there is the option between cutouts and slots and each is avaliable in normal height or tall options. If you print this please let me know if the size of either the slots or cutouts needs to be adjusted
